Alexander Alicko is an avid storyteller, freelance journalist and joke writer; he is the author of ‘Funny Jokes for Family Laughs’. A husband and a father of four children, he has been in the writing entertainment business for over 15 years. With diplomas in Creative Writing and in Proofreading and Copy editing and a degree in English and English Literature, Alicko believes that fun has to be part of us as life is meant to be enjoyed. It is no wonder then that he takes making people laugh seriously. He wrote ‘Funny Jokes for Family Laughs’ because he wanted to have a platform where he will be able to entertain more people as readers across the globe. Humour runs in his family, and he is told that he inherited the largest portion of the joking prowess from his late ‘Mr. Bean’ father. He has run several fun-story and joke columns in general-interest and trade publications such as Revenews and Legal Resources Foundation in his country. The humorist likes telling lies, because he usually finds truth boring. He also enjoys listening to other entertainers as they give him an assurance that he is not the only ‘mad’ person in the society, after all.
